Privacy Policy

What you send us.When you submit our contact or quote form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you're interested in, your city, any message you include, and any file you choose to upload (such as an inspection report). We don't require an account or payment information to use this website.

Calls and texts. When you call or text our business line, our phone system records the call details and message content. Calls may be recorded and transcribed, and we keep a summary of what was discussed, such as the service you need and your property address, so we can follow up.

Collected automatically. Like most websites, ours receives your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. We use Google Tag Manager to load analytics tools that help us understand how visitors use the site. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies, which you can control through your browser settings.

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule an inspection, prepare a quote, provide and invoice the work you ask for, and keep records of that work. We use website analytics to improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information.

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your request, your appointments, and your service. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help.

We do not share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only for that purpose:

• Jobber: Customer records, scheduling, quotes, invoicing, and payments
• Quo: Our business phone line: calls, voicemail, and text messages
• Resend: Delivering form submissions to our office by email
• Vercel: Hosting this website
• Google: Tag Manager and website analytics

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case we will give notice before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

Customer records, quotes, invoices, and job records are business records and are kept in our scheduling system for 7 years. Form submissions and call and message records are kept as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain those records.

This site is served only over HTTPS, and our service providers encrypt the data they hold for us. Access to customer information is limited to people who need it to do their jobs.

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the information below. Records we must keep as business or financial records, such as invoices, may be retained as described above.

If you have a Customer Portal account, you can delete it in the app (Account → Delete Account), or follow the account deletion instructions if you no longer have the app.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we have collected, to request its deletion, to opt out of its sale (we do not sell it), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
