Triangle Construction encapsulated my crawl. The job was done quickly and professionally. I'm very happy with their work and the results. No more mold smell anywhere. Rob, the owner, is friendly and sincerely cares about quality and customer satisfaction.

I wanted to use Triangle Reconstruction to have my crawl space encapsulated. I planned to buy their company's deal on Angie's List. The quote adjuster came out and measured my foundation for the project. I decided to go ahead for Triangle Reconstruction for my crawl space project. However; on the day of installation, NO ONE showed up. No email, no text or phone call saying the installation crew would be late or not show up at all. With past experiences working with unprofessional companies, I decided to cancel in my crawl space project that day and go with another vendor, even if it was going to cost more.

The people Triangle Reconstruction were great to work with. Not only knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the work, but they also didn't try to up sell services/products. They were always professional and courteous to work with. They were prompt in returning calls and keeping my informed about the scheduling. I hired Triangle Reconstruction to clean, install a new drain, and then install a vapor barrier in my crawl space. They did a fantastic job, the barrier looks great and well installed, and even removed any debris and hauled it away at no cost. And through it all they were extremely helpful in explaining the reasoning and advocated for a step-wise process so that I didn't pay for services I didn't need until we knew if the vapor barrier alone would solve the issue. They were able to do all the work in less than a day and I came home to an incredible job well done. I would definitely work with them again and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

This April (2016) I hired Triangle Reconstruction to add formaldehyde-free blown-in insulation in my attic and to put a new vapor barrier in my crawl space. Their work, professionalism, honesty and fair price make dealing with them a wonderful experience, and they promised to follow up with me in July to check on things. This is not the first job they have done for me as you can see below, and I did not even consider using another company for this job. Communication may not always be perfect, so you may have to insist on getting the answers you want. There also may be mixed communications, for example, my quote was for a piece of foam over a cubby door of a separate walk-in part of the attic, and they ended up putting covered sheets of fiberglass in the ceiling here, which would have cost much more. They only charged me for the quoted amount, so I was satisfied that I had gotten a good deal. Their customer service is important to them so they make things right. Overall, it was a smooth and easy installation; They did an excellent job. Last summer, Triangle Reconstruction fixed my crawl space so it's dry and so the floors on the first floor of my house stay at the right moisture level. I was trying to get things right before installing new flooring. They did an excellent job and have been helpful to me, following up to be sure things are still ok. They made sure I knew that this was not just a one-time treatment, that they would provide support to be sure things work well. I would recommend them without reservation.

We had Triangle Reconstruction waterproof the exterior of our house. It was a difficult job, but they worked their tails off. We were having a great deal of flooding during rainstorms and they were able to dig down to the footers, install a waterproof membrane, and put corrugated pipe in to take the water away. When we noticed that one or two spots in the basement were still getting water, they came back and redid the whole back line of the house without complaint. We've been dry and happy since. Great work at a fantastic price.
